DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Read the entire procedure carefully prior to testing. Bring test kit and specimen to room temperature (15-30°C) before use.

·     For solid specimen, take out 50mg specimen with applicator stick from collection vessel and

put it into collection tube with buffer solution; For liquid specimen, draw 2 drops (appx. 50μl) specimen with pipette and drop into the collection tube. Screw the tube with cap tightly and shake.

·     Take the test cassette out of the sealed pack and put on flat surface.

·     Unscrew the top cap of tube

·     Add 2-3 drops of diluting specimen to sample well(S) vertically

·     Observe the result within 10 minutes

Note: Read the positive result within 10 minutes, Strong positive result will appear in 1 minute. Read the negative result at 10 minutes .The result is invalid after 20 minutes.
